What are GLTC FLEX service hours?

Service for FLEX operates Monday thru Saturday from 5:15 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. Sunday hours are 8:15 a.m. – 6:45 p.m.

How much will it cost to ride GLTC FLEX?

The Flex fare is the same as regular GLTC bus fare. Half/discounted fares will be applied. Please visit gltconline.com/gltc-fares.

How do you pay for GLTC FLEX?

The preferred method of payment for GLTC Flex service is GLTC FLEX FARE Download App. Our vehicles will except most forms of payment as fixed route bus service.

How do I schedule a trip?

Book trips with the Flex mobile app (Apple App Store or Google Play)or by phone. Call GLTC Dispatch at 434-455-5099.

What if I cancel or do not show for my ride?

When you book a ride with FLEX you are making a commitment to the system and the driver as a schedule is created to accommodate your trip. If due to some reason you are not able to take the ride, we advise you to cancel as soon as possible. Excessive last-minute cancellations or no-shows can result in the suspension of your user account.

What if I don’t have a smart phone?

For patrons without a computer, smart phone or ability to use the app, you can call (434 455-5099) to schedule your trip through a customer service representative. The representative will be able to give you a vehicle arrival time, along with confirming your pickup and drop off location.

Can I go anywhere I want?

FLEX will only provide service to destinations within the service zone and to other designated transfer points.

Who will be my driver?

FLEX drivers are GLTC employed Operators.

Are vehicles ADA accessible?

All vehicles must comply with safety and accessibility requirements.

Can I schedule rides in advance?

FLEX service allows for advance booking, though the exact time frame for scheduling in advance may vary.

Can I bring my bike on a microtransit vehicle?

Bikes are not permitted on FLEX vehicles.

Are pets allowed on microtransit vehicles?

No pet transporting. (Service Animals ARE permitted)
